Most asked Questions and Answers for booking a birthday party online:
Q: Is the time booked on the website the time we arrive?
A: No Sir/Ma’am, the time you select on the booking site will be the seating/serving time in the party room.
Q: What time should I tell guests to arrive?
Depending on what time you schedule your party room, we recommend you and your guests arrive at least 45 minutes before the serving time in the party room. Once you and your guests are finished in the party room, you are welcome to stay and skate for the duration of the skate session. We do not limit the amount of time that you can skate!
Q: How long can I schedule my party?
A: During any time frame that you schedule, you and your guests can stay as long as you would like to skate. The only time frame that is required is the serving time in the party room that you choose at the time of booking. Since you are scheduling a skating birthday party, as stated in the earlier question, we invite you to skate for as long as you would like.
Q: I don’t know how many guests will show. Will I still have to pay for them, if I add them on the order?
A: View your order as a rough draft. You will only pay for the total number of guests that arrive the day of the party. We would still recommend adding the invited guests to the order at the time of scheduling. It is better to add them in the beginning, then not adding them at all. This will help us to prepare for the big day!
Q: How will you know what guests to include in my party?
A: Our cashier will keep an accurate count of all guests that you have invited as they arrive the day of your party. This is the number for which we will set up the room. You may provide us with a guest list when you arrive if there are any concerns as to who your guests are. This usually applies if you have concerns about siblings attending, but are not included in your guest head count. Parents accompanying their children to your party are not included in your head count.
Q: How many additional pizzas will I need to add to my order for the additional guests?
A: You will only add additional pizzas to your order if you intend for your guests to have a second slice of pizza. We will provide the first slice of pizza for all of the guests that have arrived that day.
Q: How many guest can I invite to my party?
A: Our maximum seating capacity in all of our party rooms will accommodate 20 guests. If you choose to invite more than 20, we will do our utmost to accommodate the number of guests that arrive. However, please bear in mind that our maximum seating capacity is 20 guests.
Q: What if I have more than 20 guests?
A: We understand that sometimes it is difficult to narrow down a large list of potential invites. But with respect to our room capacity, we request that you keep your party within the parameter of how many we can serve in any one of our four party rooms. We will always do our best to make sure your guests are as comfortable as possible. However, we cannot guarantee there will be adequate room for over 20 guests. If you invite more than 20, please understand that is a choice you are making, knowing what our party room capacity. Perhaps you may be interested in a private party. If so, please call our office during business hours for more detailed information. Our phone number is 615-373-8611.
Q: Are parents included in the guest count?
A: No Ma’am/Sir. We will only count the children invited to the party. Parents that stay and choose to skate will pay for their own admission plus any skate rental at the door. This includes siblings as well.
